Clara and Martin Cronin have three holiday cottages in France, set in the tranquil Breton Countryside, close to the market town of Lannion, and only a 15 minutes drive away from the beautiful beaches on the north coast of Brittany.

With these three French holiday homes, plus a range of facilities and equipment, we can provide accommodation for all ages: for family holidays, group holidays, parent and children holidays, disabled accessible holidays, holidays for two, baby’s first holiday, and pet-friendly holidays.  We take bookings by the week or longer, bookings by the night, bookings for a long-weekend, and we also provide a bed and breakfast option.

• Ker Louarn is a single storey gite, with 2 bedrooms/sleeps up to 4 people
• Ker Toud is a double storey gite, with 2 upstairs bedrooms/sleeps up to 4
• La Grange is a 3 bedroom gite, which sleeps up to 8 people. It has also been designed and approved for wheelchair users.
• For families or groups of up to 12 people, Ker Toud and La Grange can be rented as one large interconnecting property.
• Our three French holiday-lets are all furnished with home comforts for a relaxing “vacances en france”: TV, DVD, Washing Machine, Microwave, and Barbeque. Children’s swings and slides can be found in the gardens. Children’s high chairs, baby cots, and security stair gates can be provided on request.

Our home is next to the three gites. Collectively the buildings form a traditional Breton Longere, or Long House. We have lived here for four years, and most of that time has been spent extensively renovating the property, which was once a farm. It means that we are on hand to supply advice on things to see and do, or places to go and places to eat.

Our location offers something for everyone, whether you are seeking the quiet charm of a French rural retreat, looking for a holiday near the French seaside, or keen to explore North Brittany’s many places of interest.

We are perfectly placed to enjoy a wide variety of activities, from walking and rambling, cycling, trout and salmon fishing, canoeing and kayaking, pony trekking, painting and drawing, sightseeing, or simply relaxing.

We are within easy reach of Roscoff and St Malo ferry ports, or Brest and Dinard airports. Discounts are available on Brittany Ferries.
